Jaukka says “AFLAC’s turnover weeds out the money hungry from the passionate.” about Aflac
AFLAC is a great company.
If anyone has had an seriously negative experience I urge you to contact customer support. If nothing changes contact go further up the chain and IF you have to please contact headquarters.
I assure you this is not the dream this family has. Nor is it their core values. Nor do they intend for any of their offices to be ran that way.
This my friends is truly a phenomenal company.
AFLAC hires gives equal opportunity employment to all. The turning point comes after hire.
Once the individual is left to work for themself and be responsible for all rewards, accomplishments and failures they may leave. And try to take AFLAC down with them.
They offer great stock option benefits and you are a part-owner of a company that puts money back into the pocket of the sick and injured. Helping to prevent bankruptcy and a fallen nation.
It is supplemental, so it should not and does not replace traditional insurance coverage or rates and should not be compared to “insurance”. Because it is different.
They have elimination and probationary periods where you’re not eligible for a certain period of time. In conjunction with that, they pay out more in claims than they recieve from payments in a year. Pretty dang good. No wonder they are a Fortune500 company.
I urge anyone working for AFLAC to have a reason why you are working there. Other than the potential money. If you put money as a goal, you instantly create the spirit or energy of greed and you will fail miserably. FIND SOMETHING…family, helping others whatever the reason have one!
When you get told no. STOP! Before you go to your next appointment regroup and gain control of your positivity people will see that and they will want whatever you are selling.
Personally I wouldn’t buy from a ho-hum blah blah sales person either. BE motivated. BE intruiging. BE a creature unlike any other creature. Have FUN. S-M-I-L-E! IT’s contagious.
Don’t let fear ruin your success.
Remember there is good and bad in every person, race, religion, business. So if you’re experiencing unfair or unethical business politics. Please go further up the chain of command and don’t be afraid to go all the way to the top if you have to.
