March 7 iPad 3 Event Attracts More Rumors

On Tuesday, Apple sent out invitations to what is expected to be a massive media event unveiling the long-awaited iPad 3. Rumors for the iPad 3 can be traced all the way back to the iPad 2s release last year. But as the suspected release date approaches the rumor mill is starting up again, and it is going strong. Many of the changes slated for the Apples flagship tablet PC are predicted to be a significant departure from the previous iPad.

ACE appoints head of Analytics, Management Information for A&H business

London-based insurer ACE has named Craig Parfitt as head of Analytics and Management Information team for its Accident and Health (A&H) business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Parfitt will be based in London and will report to A&H EMEA director of Marketing Fraser Watson.

Watson said Parfitt will play a key role in growing the business and maximizing the opportunities as the firm moves the Accident and Health business forward.

Supreme Court explores health reform law without individual mandate

The U.S. Supreme Court continued to question the federal health reform law, raising questions today (March 28) about whether the law can function if segments it might consider unconstitutional were to fall.

Paul Clement, a former solicitor general representing the 26 states challenging the law, argued on the third and final day of oral arguments in the case over the constitutionality of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act that if the individual mandate is unconstitutional, then the whole law is illegal, according to a Washington Post report.
